PandOps started with a simple belief: building a business shouldn't mean figuring everything out on your own. We're a woman-led company bringing years of hands-on experience, a love for helping people, and a whole lot of heart into something we're proud to build.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Others come from knowing something could be better.
Before PandOps had a name, it started with years of conversations, customer relationships, growing teams, and businesses trying to figure out their next move.
I've spent more than a decade working across sales, customer success, account management, and business operations. I've worked with businesses of different sizes, helped customers navigate unfamiliar processes, supported growing teams, and seen firsthand how much work happens behind the scenes just to keep a business moving.
"I didn't want to build another tool people had to figure out. I wanted to build something that could help them figure things out."
And one thing kept standing out to me.
There are so many incredibly talented people building businesses around something they love. They're wonderful at what they do. But when it comes to finding customers, keeping up with inquiries, following up after a conversation, or knowing what to say next, they're often expected to figure it out as they go.
I wanted to change that. At first, I imagined starting a consulting business. I wanted to take what I'd learned throughout my career and make it useful to small business owners who didn't have a sales department or years of experience to lean on.
But the more I thought about it, the more I realized I wanted to build something that could reach beyond the people I could personally work with.
Something that could bring guidance into the everyday experience of running a business. Something approachable, thoughtful, and practical. That's where PandOps began.
We're still in the early stages of building, and there's a lot ahead of us. But the reason behind it has stayed the same: I want business owners to feel a little more confident, a little more supported, and a lot less alone in the parts of business nobody necessarily taught them.

A little panda with a lot of love behind him.
Benny isn't just our mascot. He's named in loving memory of our son, Benjamin, and carries a very special place in our family's heart.
When we started building PandOps, we wanted to create something meaningful, something rooted in kindness, connection, and the belief that even the smallest things can make a difference.
Benny became a little piece of that story. A friendly face to welcome you, a helping hand along the way, and a reminder of the love that inspired us to build something of our own.

With more than a decade of experience across sales, customer success, account management, and business operations, Hannah has built her career around helping people and businesses grow.
Her experience spans payroll, HR technology, compliance, and software, where she's worked closely with business owners, developed sales processes, supported customer relationships, and helped teams work more effectively.
After years of seeing how challenging the sales side of running a business can be, she founded PandOps to bring practical guidance and approachable technology to small business owners.
For Hannah, PandOps brings together the things she loves most: people, problem-solving, education, and creating something meaningful.
Jorge brings a background in sales, business development, and relationship-building, including experience in enterprise sales.
Throughout his career, he's worked with businesses to understand their needs, navigate challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
As Hannah's husband and partner in building PandOps, Jorge brings a complementary perspective to the company's development and long-term vision.
Together, they're working to build a company rooted in practical experience, thoughtful innovation, and a shared commitment to helping small businesses succeed.
